St Patrick’s Family Day 2024

Drinks and Foodtrucks in the courtyard: Appie (drinks), Burger Boss (burgers) and La Cabane de Cape Cod (fish and chips) from 12.30pm

Médiathèque open all afternoon

Music, performances, face-painting, fables for all ages... everything you would expect for a great St Patrick's afternoon out!

Join us for a great St Patrick’s afternoon full of craic agus ceoil:

12:30pm: Doors open

1pm: Concert by the traditional trio The Weaving

2pm: Musical show by author and singer Tadhg Mac Dhonnagáin

3pm: Musical introduction to the Irish language by our teacher (and musician!) William Howard

4pm: Tales and fables for children by the fabulous storyteller Niall de Búrca

But also hip-hop and breakdance performances by Tobi Balogun, Irish dance performances by the Sequana Academy in association with Irish in France, face painting and colouring workshops... Something for all tastes and ages!

And all afternoon, sale and signing of the book "Comprendre les Irlandais" at the Médiathèque and meeting with the author John Reichenbach.


Niall de Búrca
returns at 6.30pm, this time to entertain adults with his fantastic stories (€5, booking recommended - in English).
