Irish Chamber Choir of Paris and Lachrimæ Consort

World premiere -  Concert of contemporary music

The Irish Chamber Choir of Paris (founded in October 2004) together with the Lachrimæ Consort will give this world premiere performance of music by the French composer Dominique Probst and the Irish composer Jane O'Leary.

The pieces were commissioned by the Centre Culturel Irlandais in celebration of the influence of Beckett in the sphere of contemporary music and are composed for two of the writer's poems - "Comment Dire" and "Something There".
