Rencontre with Colm Tóibín

Writer, journalist and broadcaster, Colm Tóibín is a major figure in Irish cultural life. He was shortlisted for the Booker Prize for his masterpiece novel The Master. This rencontre forms part of a series supported by the Ireland Fund of France, presenting the best contemporary Irish writers to a Paris audience. Tóibín is a great prose stylist whose most recent work includes the collection of stories Mothers and Sons. He is a member of Aosdana.
