Kerry Hardie is writer in residence at the Centre Culturel Irlandais until December 2006. Poet and novelist, she has appeared in over 40 anthologies and publications worldwide - her poems have been translated into French, Portuguese, Romanian, Chinese and Italian; her latest novel The Bird Woman appeared this year.
