Rencontre avec Adrian McKinty
CCI is delighted to present, in association with Actes noirs (Actes Sud), this online conversation between the crime fiction writer Adrian McKinty and his longtime friend, the writer and journalist Robert McLiam Wilson.
Born in Belfast in 1968, Adrian McKinty has gone from evicted tenant to internationally successful writer with the screen rights of his 2019 bestseller The Chain now owned by Paramount Pictures. His award-winning Sean Duffy thrillers have also gone global and the third book in the series, In the Morning I’ll Be Gone, was published in French translation last year. It plunges us into the heat of an intense manhunt. When MI5 come knocking, Sean knows exactly what they want; he’s heard about the spectacular escape of Dermot McCann from Her Majesty’s Maze prison... but can he outrun the most skilled terrorist the IRA ever created? From old betrayals and ancient history to 1984’s most infamous crime, Sean tries not to fall too far behind in the race to annihilation.
