In conjunction with Culture Night
Punk Party - The Outcasts
The energy of Good Vibrations moves from the screen on Thursday to the stage on Friday for a punk party with one of the key groups featured in the film.
Formed in Belfast in 1977 by three brothers, Martin, Colin & Greg Cowan and Getty (Colin Getgood), The Outcasts first shot to fame when they joined forces with the Good Vibrations record label and earned support slots with The Clash. Recording sessions for famous BBC broadcaster John Peel and appearances on BBC’s "Old Grey Whistle Test" and Jools Holland's “The Tube” followed. Having split in 1984, the Outcasts reformed to play Rebellion Festival in 2011, touring Europe and recording new albums ever since.
