Musical evening with Garth Knox

Accomplished musician Garth Knox (viola and viola d'amore) continues his series of musical evenings at the Centre Culturel Irlandais with guest Magali Imbert, a flautist.

A specialist in Baroque music, Magali Imbert has performed in numerous international festivals as a soloist, with orchestras and chamber music. She is also drawn to contemporary music, traditional and improvised. In particular she is interested in the exchange the flute can have with instruments from different cultures such as the tabla, the rabab, the electric guitar, the saxophone and the koto.
