In collaboration with the publishers MUSEO and the Embassy of Ireland in France, CCI invites you to the launch of L’Irlande des poètes, evocative poetry and images of Ireland presented in the form of a book and a CCI courtyard exhibition. During his many trips to Ireland between 1976 and 2016, the publisher Jean-Pierre Duval photographed the island from top to bottom – natural and urban landscapes, Irish people going about their daily business. Poems by illustrious poets such as William Butler Yeats, Patrick Kavanagh, Seamus Heaney, Eavan Boland and Nuala Ní Dhomhnaill have been chosen to accompany a selection of these photographs. A homage, as the publisher sees it, to a nation of poets.
