La Médiathèque rencontre… Bronagh Gallagher and Mia Gallagher

CCI extends Dublin’s “One City, One Book” experience to Paris for the month of April. This evening of conversation follows our distribution of 45 copies from Roddy Doyle’s Barrytown trilogy – The Commitments, The Snapper and The Van – on St Patrick’s Day. Actor and singer Bronagh Gallagher (Bernie McGloughlin in the feature film The Commitments) will discuss Irish society of the 1980s with our writer-in-residence Mia Gallagher whose novel Hellfire (2006) is partly set in this period.
