Katie Holten
Residency and exhibition

For this project, Katie Holten will be resident in the Centre Culturel Irlandais for up to 2 months, developing an original work in celebration of the Beckett Centenary.

Her practice as an artist is based on responding to a particular place at a particular time. Her site-specific installations use mixed media including living plants. Katie Holten is one of Ireland's most internationally recognised artists, having gained a Fulbright Scholarship to New York and represented Ireland at the Venice Biennale in 2003.

Further details on Katie Holten's installation available in October.
