Commissioned by Channel 4 in 1996, this documentary looks at the dangerously seductive aesthetics of fascism through the eyes of artist Tomi Ungerer who lived through the Second World War in occupied Alsace and had a collection of objects dating from this period. His perceptive analysis hasn’t lost any of its pertinence today.
