Concert of Traditional Music

The playing of the Uilleann pipes transports one immediately to the mystical countryside of Ireland. A native of Co. Waterford, Jimmy O'Brien-Moran is one of the best contemporary Uilleann pipers. His first recording "Sean Reid's Favourite" has just been released. He will be accompanied for this concert at the Centre Culturel Irlandais by the fine fiddler Jesse Smith.

Solos, duets and songs will be on the programme for this evening of traditional music.
