Circle of Friends

Directed by Pat O’Connor and adapted from the novel by Maeve Binchy, the film is set in 1950s Ireland. It focuses on Benny Hogan and her best friend, Eve Malone as they enter student life at University College, Dublin. Here they reunite with their childhood friend, the ice-cool and beautiful Nan Mahon. They also encounter the handsome and charming Jack Foley, whom Benny quickly falls for.
