On the occasion of the 300th anniversary of the publication of Gulliver’s Travels, the CCI is partnering with Marsh’s Library in Dublin to present the exhibition Gulliver 300 in our Old Library. This collaboration highlights the richness and universal reach of Jonathan Swift’s work through a selection of early editions, objects, and documents from both institutions. Imagined as both a heritage and contemporary experience, the exhibition will also be extended online with a bilingual virtual version, providing access to numerous digital resources (digitised editions, illustrations, podcasts and videos), allowing visitors to explore the modern relevance and lasting influence of this major work of Irish literature.

On 12 November, students from the École Nationale Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs will unveil their contemporary interpretations to echo this classic.

Guided tours will take place every Wednesday at 7pm, and a musical reading will be held at the Bibliothèque historique de la Ville de Paris on Wednesday 14 October at 7pm.
