Writer-in-residence Antoinette Quinn, will spend the evening discussing the writer John McGahern.
John McGahern has been described as contemporary Ireland's 'foremost prose writer in English'. The focus of his fictions is the intimate milieu of the Irish rural family or small community, a 'whole world' telescoped into particular moments and localities.
