Shahab Coohe

Living in Ireland since 2012, Shahab is graduated from the Royal Irish Academy of Music, Dublin in BA Violin performance. He has been collaborating with various musicians coming from different musical haritage. Shahab has also been giving recitals and lectures on the Art of Improvisation alongside his brother.

Shahab plays in an award winning Persian/Irish ensamble Nava. He has released two albums with Nava and they have been nominated and awarded for the RTE folk awards and IMBOLC winner of the year (Northan Ireland), and they also played at the St. Patrick's Festival 2022 at the CCI.
