Sid Peacock

Sid Peacock, from Northern Ireland, is a composer with broad interests who has worked with musicians from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds. During his residency he will work on a composition with a Paris-based tango musician. He will also develop a music and narration project based on the works of some of the major Beat poets such as Ginsberg, Corso, Kerouac and Burroughs. He is interested in the field of community music and has been artistic director of Birmingham Jazz Education Project as well as Cheltenham Festival Youth Jazz composer-in-residence. http://www.sidpeacock.com/
