Shane O Driscoll

Shane O'Driscoll is a Cork-based visual artist, graphic designer, curator and art director. He is a full time visual artist that practices mainly in printmaking and murals. Shane has work in the permanent collection of The National Gallery of Ireland, Trinity College Dublin, Glucksman Museum UCC, and UCD.

Shane likes to draw inspiration from his travels to create new prints, so he wants to enjoy his residency at the Centre Culturel Irlandais to use elements of the Paris cityscape. Enriched by his wanderings around the capital, he hopes in particular to create stencils that embody his experience of the city and that will be then screenprinted.
