
Selina Cartmell

Selina Cartmell is the artistic director and founder of the award-winning Siren Productions Dublin. Among her productions is Titus Andronicus (2005) which received 9 nominations for the Irish Times Theatre Awards, winning Best Production and Best Director. Her adaptation of the Marguerite Dumas La Musica won Best Production at the Dublin Fringe Festival in 2003. As artist-in-residence at the CCI, she works with her long-time collaborator and fellow artist-in-residence Olwen Fouéré to present the new play The Gospel According to Judas by Frank Mc Guinness. The artistic duo is also to collaborate on Here Lies, a story about the writer and actor Antonin Artaud as part of the Beckett Theatre Festival later this year.
