Denyse Woods

Denyse Woods, who also writes as Denyse Devlin, is the author of five novels, including the critically-acclaimed Overnight to Innsbruck and the bestselling The Catalpa Tree. During her residency, Denyse will be researching a new novel and focusing particularly on Debussy’s discovery of Javanese gamelan (traditional ensemble music) at the World Fair in Paris in 1889.
