Visual artist Mark Clare produced The World Could Wait No Longer in 2009. This was the first film in his “Manifesto” series based on the manifesto of The Orange Alternative, an anarchic movement in Poland in the early 1980s strongly influenced by Dadaism and Surrealism. He will make the second film of the series during his residency.
