Marc O'Rowe

An established playwright and theatre director, Marc O’Rowe’s plays have won awards such as The Irish Times Theatre Award for Best New Play, the Rooney Prize for Irish Literature, and the George Devine Award and have been translated into several languages. He also has written extensively for film and television, and made his feature directorial film debut, The Delinquent Season, in 2018.

While at the CCI, he will be writing a new play that delves into the meanderings of a couple’s intermittent relationship over ten years.
