Judith Ring is a composer working mainly in the electro-acoustic domain. She is a co-director of the Sensorium festival which creates diverse evenings of interactive visual, aural and haptic installation work and performances designed to stimulate the senses. Her compositions have been performed throughout Europe and the Americas by ensembles such as Concorde, Percussemble, Trio Scordatura and Bradyworks. The focus of her residency will be to write a five movement string quartet with an electronic part based on sound recordings made in Paris. http://judithring.com/
