Fiona Hallinan

In her project Heterodyne, Fiona Hallinan works collaboratively with composers to commission scores for specific journeys. She is also a cook, organising temporary food events in galleries and alternative spaces, such as The Hare cafe in Temple Bar Gallery, October 2013. For her residency Fiona will employ the structure of a cafe and social space to induce discourse around sound and environment and generate further scores for the Heterodyne application. This platform allows audiences to listen to scores made for specific places within a limited radius. Recent works have been presented in Mother's Tankstation, Kerlin Gallery, the Irish Museum of Modern Art, Brown University, Providence and Koc University, Istanbul. http://www.notalittlepony.com/
