Eoin Heaney is an award-winning Irish filmmaker. His narrative and installation work has been funded by both the Irish Film Board and the Arts Council of Ireland. During his residency at the CCI, he will develop a new project based upon the work of Lucien Bull, the Irish-born pioneer of slow motion cinematography.
