Conan McIvor

Conan McIvor is a filmmaker and video artist who creates drama, documentary and experimental films, large-scale video installations, immersive environments, and moving image design for live performance. Conan’s work has notably been screened at international film festivals and off-Broadway as well as in Irish theatres and broadcast on national television. Initially developed with Screen Ireland, Son of Man is a contemporary Passion story that explores Christian attitudes to homosexuality and the legacy of the Catholic Church in Ireland. This residency is a creative partnership between the CCI, FilmLab Palestine, Belfast Film Festival, Docs Ireland, and the British Council.
