Caitríona Frost

Born in Cork, Caitríona is a percussion musician. She studied at the Royal Irish Academy of Music, and has since performed in many noticeable ensembles, including the RTÉ National Symphony Orchestra and many orchestras in Dublin, Wexford and Ulster. In 2016 she joined the folk, classical and world Celtic Woman ensemble, which took her on an international tour.

During her residency at the CCI, she will be working on creating new compositions for her debut album, which will endeavour to make her compositions accessible to percussionists globally.
