Angel Luis Gonzalez Fernandez

Angel Luis González Fernández is the founder and director of PhotoIreland, an organisation that promotes critical engagement with photography notably through its annual international photographic festival in Dublin. In 2011 he launched ‘The Library Project’, a publicly accessible collection of publications about photography combined with an exhibition space. Angel has been a portfolio reviewer at festivals such as Les Rencontres d'Arles and Format (UK). While in Paris, he will work on the framework for a photography-focused event to take place annually during Paris Photo.
