The festival Circulation(s) returns to the CentQuatre, major cultural venue in eastern Paris, for its 16th edition, from the 21 March to the 17 May 2026, with the presentation of series by 26 artists of 15 different nationalities. With no pre-determined theme, the projects capture the pulse of young European photography, its intuitions, its challenges, and its commitments. A springboard for artists and a revealer of trends, Circulation(s) is both a hub and a reflection of contemporary European artistic vibrancy, and an unmissable event for the photography of tomorrow.

Each year, the festival Circulation(s) highlights a specific European photography scene in its “Focus” section. This year, the spotlight is on Ireland, on the eve of its Presidency of the Council of the European Union. On this occasion, four Irish artists will be featured: Ellen Blair, Clodagh O’Leary, Dónal Talbot, and Ruby Wallis.
