Originally from Dublin, Doireann Ní Ghlacáin is not only a talented traditional musician but also as a researcher, producer and presenter on TG4 – Ireland’s Irish-language TV channel.
In October 2021, Doireann made her compositional debut at the National Concert Hall. Tonight she performs at the CCI on the occasion of the graduation ceremony for the 2022-2023 Teastas Eorpach na Gaeilge students receiving the Certificate in Irish language delivered by the National University of Ireland Maynooth.
