Em Ball

While at the CCI, theatre-maker Em Ball will develop a SciFi theatre piece for young audiences in Irish, set on contemporary Inis Oírr, one of the Aran Islands, the main protagonist Bláithín has her life turned upside down when she discovers that she is from a family of alien rebels hiding on the islands. Em will take inspiration from the Parisian art scene and include Irish traditional music mixed with electro to create the atmosphere of the innovative new world of the piece.
