This is a warm-hearted and entertaining portrait of a group of young Irish people from different backgrounds, aged between 19 and 23, no longer children but not yet fully installed in adult life. It develops into a documentary about the changes and contradictions of modern Dublin life.
The director Nick Quinn writes "What I was trying to get across wasn't an objective view of the city and its young people but an honest subjectivity, showing what these people told me without deforming it. In this way their opinions on subjects as diverse as politics, the family, abortion or racism give us a snapshot of contemporary Dublin".
This documentary will be shown for the first time on French television, on Arte, in June 2003.
