CCI has teamed up with independent publishers Vous êtes ici to produce this Irish edition of their Fricassée recipe collection. Many of you responded to our call for Irish recipes in the spring and five suggestions have been selected to tempt our taste buds in this attractive new recipe book… Daniel’s Chocolate Guinness Cake, Shanagy Association’s Tea Brack, Rosetta’s Potato Soup, Karen’s Irish Wheaten Bread and Trish’s Burned Scallops.

Join us for a drink to mark the launch of Dans laquelle on prend l'Eire and take the opportunity to meet the publisher-illustrator from Vous êtes ici. The recipe book will be on sale that evening (€7.90) and thereafter in our Médiathèque and in bookshops.
